We constantly hear about the size of the military budget, what percentage it is of our spending, what it did to the deficit. But numbers that large can simply become numbing. It's hard to fathom billions. So when Paris studio Moustache created this short film attempting to visualize the amount spent on war, we knew we had to share it with you.

Is there not a version with better resolution. I couldn’t read the text on my TV ‘cuz I’m still saddled with a CRT and even at 24″ pixelation is a problem with small type. So, I come to the website believing I’ll be able to read the type on the better resolution of an LED screen – but sadly, no. The resolution of the vid is SO-O-O bad the type even pixelates here. FAIL!

OK, before someone suggests I go to the original, I clicked through AFTER the above and the resolution of the original is readable, BUT, they don’t include a full screen button. So, still squinting to read. But I don’t understand the resolution degradation of the imbed here.
