The Friends of the Israel Defense Force held a fancy fundraiser in Manhattan last night, but hundreds of Palestine solidarity activists gathered outside to protest. Jews Say No!, a Jewish anti-occupation group, called the protest, which was co-sponsored by over 20 activist groups, including Adalah-NY, American Jews for a Just Peace, Jewish Voice for Peace, and the National Lawyers Guild NY Chapter, and was endorsed by two Palestinian groups from the village of Bil’in and four Israeli groups.
Amer Shurrab, a Middlebury College graduate from Khan Yunis in Gaza, whose father and two brothers were killed in Operation Cast Lead, and Dorothy Zellner, founding member of Jews Say No!, join us to talk about the protests, Joe Biden's condemnation of Israeli settlement building, and more.
This is all that is up at FDL about Biden’s visit to Israel. His pledge of allegiance to Israel, then Israel’s announcement of the expansion of illegal houses in illegal developments. Then Obama and Biden slapping the hand of Israel, Israel’s insincere apology and then they kick the Obama administration in the face again that same day by announcing nothing will change the illegal expansion will move foreward.
None of the big shots at FDL will touch this issue. Without the efforts of Laura at Grit TV and your postings there would be little to nothing at FDL (Spencer covers this issue a bit) and a few peasants like myself try to put a whisper up at Seminal about these critical issues.

Thanks for bringing up the Goldstone Report Laura. Blog clogs in our MSM about this and on many so called progressive blogs. Alleged progressive websites are almost as closed down as the MSM on this critical issue.
How many times do we need to hear from those who are willing to blow themselves up to take out some Americans that this is one of the most critical concerns to those who blow themselves up. The former head of the CIA Bin Laden unit Micheal Scherer has repeatedly said that the unresolved I/P conflict and the lopsided support of Israel is what pisses so many people in this region off. former CIA analyst Ray McGovern and many others repeat these claims. The 9/11 Commission reported that this conflict is a U.S. national security risk.
The Israeli government just shit on the Obama administration and then rubbed then rubbed Obama , Biden’s and Clintons noses in that shit. How does that go “with friends like this who needs enemies

Hey Laura anyway you can ever fit this critical conflict in when you are on the Ed show. Or get him to show some real balls and start reporting about this conflict. Just ask him why not one of the so called liberals at MSNBC did not even whisper about the Goldstone report. they are chicken shits. got to get that paycheck
