		<description>&lt;p&gt;Yup.  Big Ag knows less cruel, more nutritious and healthy animals and vegtables are what Americans want.  They’re not producing them; they’re producing their moral and nutritional opposite.  So it’s attempting to appropriate the label “organic”.  Applying it to products from ADM or Smithfield would be like calling Wal-Mart pro-union.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
