Any business or person that has dealt a lot with this bank, left BofA decades ago. They were the most difficult to deal with concerning the simplist transactions and the most customer unfriendly. Years ago, I attended a seminar of professionals where our clients were primarily banks and S&Ls. No one had a good thing to say about BofA, and when a representative from BofA spoke as part of a panel, the rep was pummeled with compliants and questions about their ridiculous policies. I don’t have any recent experience with them because I wrote them off years ago, but there seemed to be a real lack of common sense in the management.

I can’t believe the question mark at the end of this post title. There isn’t ONE of these outfits that’s “good for consumers.” Consumers are only sheep to be shorn.
