Senator McConnell: maybe we do want a health care option brought to us by the people who now bring us motor vehicle registration and license renewals! A 'public' health care option that was as good as many of our motor vehicle departments would be efficient, responsive to consumer demand, concerned about the experience of people who use the service, and regularly looking for opportunities to improve.
