Picture the Homeless is a grassroots organization, founded and led by homeless people. Last Week, they moved to occupy an abandoned building in Harlem. GritTV's Sam Alcoff was there and got a chance to talk with one of their Board members, Jean Rice, about homelessness in the city and how the homeless and their allies are getting ready to fight back.
