Is there room for Republicans at the table? In what seemed like a busy second week of bipartisan wrangling, an awkward dance between the Obama administration and House Republicans began. Obama’s first victory,  H.R. 1--the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009--passed the House, but without a single Republican vote of support. The global gag rule on family planning was revoked, but birth control got yanked from the stimulus bill. So where do we go from here?
