The financial crisis is far from over. After a steep global sell off and the closing of markets in Russia and Brazil, the bailout has proved to be little more than an illusion. A very costly one. But it won't keep the sky from falling. Nor will it do anything for distressed homeowners. According to Sarah Ludwig, foreclosures are continuing to spike and we are not even half way through this crisis. Such is the backdrop for tonight’s debate in Nashville. But you wouldn’t know it listening to the McCain/Palin campaign’s new line of attack.
