Today on GRITtv: at the end of a rough week, we bring you a critical but comedic perspective on the news with Sam Seder and Marc Maron of Air America Radio (who are about to start a new show Maron v. Seder - it kicks off October 1) and Chris Rabb of Afro-Netizen. Then, chair of the House Judiciary Committee, the Dean of the Congressional Black Caucus, Rep. John Conyers tries to explain to me just why no one's impeaching the President. And a family grocer in Kansas City takes on Walmart to delicious effect -- in this week's documentary in progress, Really Delicious. We'll also show you a unique take on Bill O'Reilly from Jay Smooth's hip-hop vlog ill Doctrine. Streetfilms' Elizabeth Press takes us on a tour of some new and innovative bicycle parking facilities in Portland, Oregon. And we'll give you a sneak peak of Split: A Divided America billed as a "a non-partisan feature documentary" about the red state blue state schism - explored by Kelly Nyks and Jeff Beard with Peter Hutchison (who made *What Would Jesus Buy* with Reverend Billy). The makers are self-distributing the dvd.

I am listening to Conyers wanderings to avoid saying anything of substance. So, there is a career possibility for Sarah Palin – she can take a seat in the house, if she doesn’t get into the White House.
What a sad, sad presentation by Conyers, and a waste of time.

Ugh. Cannot stand listening to Marc Maron. I never understood why anybody cared to listen to his ‘poor me’ schtick. Give me Seder 3 hours/day.
